How to become more visible?

Since I redid my shop, and am still working on the overall look (I'm having a banner created on a rush basis as my old one really wasn't working for me at all) my views have really shot up, something like 1,000 in one week. Which is great, although there still are hardly any sales, even that is picking up slightly.

So my next move is how to become more visible. I've looked into some blog ads, one is a place that my buttons might go over well on, and a couple of others.

Part of the issue is, with no sales, my sales budget is seriously limited right now, so I've been doing a lot of "put an ad on my blog, and I'll put one on yours" kind of thing, which no one has bit on just yet.

I do have a FB business page, but since Timeline, the 200 or so people I have on it, maybe 40 people see the posts. Which is awful.

I have done things like apply to fab (although I think it's semi too soon for them to approve me) and I've tried to get people to pintrest my stuff, but what else can I do?

Who can I submit my shop to that might take an interest in my stuff? Or what other ways that don't cost right now until my advertising budget gets bigger?

I have found that reading advice from the featured seller is really insightful. They've been there and done that. I read it all.......do treasuries, don't do treasuries as they take up too much time, join teams and then I see some top sellers who don't appear to be in any teams (or they're hiding them), lots of conflicting advice, but all good at the same time. Hard, very hard to decide the best ways to go.

Some things I do agree with -

Produce and list more stuff
Take awesome photos
Improve your tags
Have patience!

Patience has been the one for me to work on most. Last few weeks have taught me quite a bit on learning how to do this the right way.

I think a lot of those featured sellers keep their favorites and teams secret. There must be an option to do that somewhere on here.

There is, I don't share my teams or my favorites. I have a few reasons for doing it that way. But if you go in and edit your profile, you do it from there by saying what you want on your page.

Glad to be a part of this Team. Hoping to gain some knowledge and begin to see some results. I opened my Etsy store on Feb 3rd but as of yet have not had any sales. I am marketing mostly little girls clothing but intend to add some for boys as we'll and a few accessories.
I started a FB page on the same day I opened my Etsy store and have been posting both places referring FB fans to Etsy for purchase. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

A book I'm reading says to look into "marketing" through writing features and articles for e-zines, magazines, and/or newspapers. I don't know the kind of time you have to put towards it, but a short How To about something they could learn elsewhere if they really wanted to make it that points to your shop so those who like the product but don't have the time or inclination to make it could purchase one.

I have no time at the moment, but it might be worth a shot if you do. It'd at least put your product / methods / business out there.

I have been on Etsy for a while and it is always a work in progress. I think your on the right track. I use facebook, twitter, pinterest and Etsy teams. Everything helps. I try to stay in the 80/20 rule on facebook and that really helps, people don't want to just see self-promotion, they really like to get to know the person behind the product.

Hi everybody! I'm frustrated. I've had my store a month now and have only sold one item. The past few days I've been using Pinterest, Google +, and my personal FB page to "advertise", plus I pay $7 on Etsy for ads, but nothing is helping. I changed my banner, and I'm going to spruce up all of my pictures. What else should I be doing? :)

Have you tried Instagram? I've found that is much more effective than FB.
