How to add a photo to reviews?

Hi folks! I want to leave a positive review on a recent purchase and have a really good photo to go with it. I can't see how I can go about doing this, and through googling I can only see how to do it through an app. I am using desktop.

There used to be an option for 'customer appreciation pictures'. But that was discontinued. I am not aware of an option to add a photo to a review now.

I used my etsy app on my smart phone to put a photo on a review.

I wasn't able to leave a photo with my recent 5 star review from my desktop.  I tried different photos and different browsers but no luck.

I don't have a cellphone so I  can't use the app.  Maybe that's the only way to leave a photo with a review.  Too bad as it was a nice photo, too.

Is there no way for desktop users to leave a photo? That's a shame. I don't use a phone, took a really good quality photo with my camera and put it on my laptop only to find I can't use it.

I agree with some of the other comments — I had a not-so-great transaction (totally wrong color item, no offer to replace it so spent $$ to return). I wanted to upload a photo from iMac desktop computer and no luck. Sad that everything is geared towards smartphones these days. It's not really fair ...

Etsy seems to have different groups of programmers for their apps and their non-mobile programming. They should at least exchange information (or be given clear directions), so everyone has the same options and functionality on every platform. This is unprofessional.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I didn't know.

Everything is geared towards mobile users, it seems. I believe we cannot use updates either if we are using a laptop.
