On the Etsy home page (left side) scroll down under "Ways To Shop" you'll find "Treasury" click on that. On the Treasury page (right side) you'll see a button "Create A List" click on that. Add the title of your treasury, a description, and paste in the url of the items from the shops you would like to feature. Don't forget to add as many key words as possible for the tags area.
