I have 7 sales so far.
Not bad actually but still far below my target. I found some jewelry sellers have 7 sales a day. Ok... don't look at others' record next time.
I've done better in April than in March--both in views and in sales--but I'm still not happy with it. My profit is way down because most of my sales this month have been supply items, which don't bring in as much money as crafted items. But a sale's a sale either way and it all still helps. I just hope it picks up here pretty quick, because it's not sustainable as it is :(
It was great! 46 orders, 863 hearts, and 8150 views. That's about a 25% increase from last month. I'm hoping to repeat this success in May, time to get busy!
Sales much improved in April, as March was dreadful! Interesting to see how some shops are up, some down. I don't try to compare with other shops on Etsy, as we sell different kinds of items, at different prices. If a booth has 7 sales of low-priced items, you can't equate with a shop which carries mostly high-end, high-priced items.
Five sales in April. :) Going to ship two of those off tomorrow. Opened in January and have 11 total. So, five of those this month makes me pretty happy. :)
The beginning of the month for me was great, I actually managed 4 sales in one day which blew me away, but lately sales have really slowed down. I thought it would be different with Mother's Day approaching, but it's been almost dead.
I've had 9 sales this month, by far my best, before this, 2 was the record. Four of those sales were from being featured in the etsy finds email on Friday =) Been putting a lot of work, increasing inventory, promoting etc, so hopefully the momentum keeps up
I've got 5 sales so far this month. Only one of which is jewelry the others are supplies. I'm actually coming off a month of NO sales so this is pretty good for me...
I've done better this month than last month and it's taught me some interesting things. 1. I need to list more handspun yarn because people are asking for it and willing to buy it. 2. I need to add more styles of knitting stitch markers. 3. I need to put more of my handmade soaps/lotions up.
I made my shop a very ecclectic mix of things and it seems to be doing well. (What I consider, doing well :) I know some shops multiple sales a day!)
I've changed around some of my listings to be better with SEO, but I'm still far from having a good SEO shop. I've also opened almost everything up to international shipping.
Annie - has adding international shipping made a noticeable difference? I just mention that it's available and to contact me for details. I'm wondering if I really need to update the shipping for each listing.
I've made 4 sales this month which is actually pretty good for me. I opened my shop last August and it has been pretty slow on here so far but I know it takes a lot of hard work and patience so I'm sticking to it. My next sale will make 20 total.
