I have 7 sales so far.
Not bad actually but still far below my target. I found some jewelry sellers have 7 sales a day. Ok... don't look at others' record next time.
Not so bad since it's my second month on Etsy! Sold 2 listings + 2 custom orders...and I just got a request for a 3rd custom order yesterday!!! It made my day, I was so happy! Especially since it's for a photographer who would like to use my item as a photo prop! Really thrilled with that!
I did work a lot on promoting my shop this month, hope it will pay off! Can't wait to see what May will look like!
I was doing well the first three weeks - 14 sales & I'm a newish shop, so very pleased. The last week has been dead, though, but hoping it will pick up in May.
Well I'm still trying to get my first real order. I had someone message me asking for 125 baby shower invitations, and she said she needed them ASAP so we went back and forth a couple times and I made a custom listing for her... and she never contacted me to give me the info on the information or of course the payment... ugh.
It's getting busier for me - on here and in other shops. I have expanded my range though and spending alot more time promoting than before, so it could be because of this.
I just started on March 31st, and I've had 2 sales since. From what everyone's saying, April seems to be a slow month.. though some people have more than 5 a day!
This was my first month, I made a few sales, but they were all to friends. I am still waiting for my first stranger sale! It's ok though because I have seen my views and favorites picking up more and more as I add more items, more on my titles/tags, and change my pictures. I feel confident that sales will happen because I think I have a good product with fair prices.
My shop is only 3 months old, but this month has been best so far with 4 sales. I'm pleased, but still trying to figure things out. Still trying to boost views and activity. I signed up for search ads a couple weeks and it did increase my exposure, but it's hard to tell if it leads to direct sales. I will definitely use it again, simply because i think I got more google hits than usual.
April has been much better than March. I started listing items Feb 6, starting with 25 items but hit the "magic" 100 number in April and it seems to have helped. I had 1,800 views and 9 sales in March I have had 4,400 views and 20 sales in April - I have 2 more custom orders to list today. I don't count those though until they pay :-) Mothers Day has been great for my shop - I can see May dropping big time for me :(
I have had six sales in April, which is my best month yet, although I have only been open for a few months and only have 9 sales total. But it is encouraging and I will just keep plugging away, adding inventory and promoting as best I can. Spring weather and outside tasks keep trying to pull me away from my business. I'll have to work hard to give each appropriate time and attention so I keep moving forward. Here's looking forward to an even better May!
I've only had one sale so far. It was a 2 item order at least! I figure, since I'm still new that at least I have one sale a month it should be worth it :) I get a lot of views, not sales :( Plus my main customers are folks I know. I've only sold to 4 people I don't know. How to increase that I wonder? Oh well! Keep on crafting for sanity anyways!! Happy Sales everyone!
I've only had a few sales (at $2.25 each) . I am still not getting the views I would like. Been scratching my head for days trying to figure out what else I can do.
