Since Etsy changed the activity feed section, I've noticed that the updates: 1. Don't seem to go back as far 2. Delete much more quickly
I had an item favorited 2 hours ago and now it's gone from my feed. I'm disappointed because I don't know if things are appearing then disappearing before I have a chance to see them.
Anyone else notice this? In the old format I saw info that was up to 18 hours old. Is there a way to access it that I'm not aware of?
Is it still in your stats? That happened to me with a couple of items, too, but they also disappeared from my stats, so I assumed it meant that the person changed their mind and un-favorited me.
I have noticed that I show activity, but when I go to that page I have already seen them all - not sure why it continues to show up as new activity....
There is a known bug with activity feeds. I emailed Etsy about that a couple months ago (and my feedback not recording correctly) and then saw it on one of their bug pages. They got right back to me and told me they were trying to fix it but I know it's still not working since I'll get email notifications on things but not see them in my feed.
Thanks so much everyone. Guess I'll report it to Etsy, too. @Lindalinda...yes in my stats, but not the thread. I was included in 4 separate treasuries on Monday. Only one person convo'd me. So the only way I knew was through the activity feed! Hope they fix this soon :)
