I'm not sure my shop arranging methodology would work for your shop since we're offering very different items, and you have many more listings, but I'll share nevertheless.
I try to put the current season's offerings on my page 1, and on all pages, organize by color, texture, and/or theme. In your shop, you might consider organizing by color (e.g., one row where the dominant color is blue, followed by a row where the dominant color is pink, and so on) -OR- organize by theme (like a row of map themed items, followed by a row of florals, followed by these enchanting string lights designs, etc.).

Also, let each page (especially page 1) demonstrate the variety of items available in your shop. (I'd say you're doing pretty well with this :)
