Amarccindy, promoting on teams and paying for ads isn't going to work if you're not promoting to the right market.
I just took a quick peek at your shop and my first thought is that your photos are crisp but dark. A lighter background would really show off your pieces better.
The second thing that jumped out at me is that you've started every single item title with either "The Steampunk Pit Bull's" or " Steampunk Pit Bull's." You're sabotaging your SEO (search engine optimization) by doing that. You've got a brand new shop so very few buyers will be using those words in a search. What you are selling should be in the first 3 words of your title. This title, "Steampunk Pit Bull's Vintage Antique Silver & Glass Bead "Be Mine" Charm Bracelet." Bracelet is the 12th word in your title. A better start to your title would be "Valentine's Steampunk bracelet" and then add the other words. If you want to put the name of your shop put it at the end of the title.
Your tags need a lot of work too. I don't have time to over everything so I suggest you check out an SEO team to learn about titles, tags, description and how to improve your relevancy. This team has lots of good info;
