How do you report a post?

I shouldn't get het up about other posts but I notice there are a lot posts on here from the same seller asking people to sign up for blog features and requesting payment for this. (unless I am getting completely the wrong end of the stick)

Is this allowed? Seems a bit naughty?

I shouldn't take any notice but I didn't want anyone to get ripped off

There's a link to report a post right at the bottom of every single post. What I've always wondered is is it anonymous or not.

Well as far as I am concerned it is not right. We are all here to help and get help from each other. We do not charge each other for that information. Their are other places to put a post like that up.

I like this group better then any other on Etsy as I have seen so many people freely giving to help others. And a lot of those that are helping are selling the same thing. And still help them get better and sell more even knowing that it may someday take a sale from them. My hat is off to everyone here.

It's against the team rules. I usually go into those threads and tell them. Sometimes I copy and paste the team charter.

The moderators are pretty good about closing posts that don't follow the rules. Unfortunately they don't delete the posts so the 'advertisement' is still there until it gets pushed back a few pages.

I thought people featured your items for their blog for free I did not know people charge for them:( Is this all blogs I have never been featured so I do not know.

Yes it's normally free, I've never had to pay. Sometimes I'll offer a giveaway as part of the post but no blogger has ever asked me for payment.

So don't be disheartened! And to be fair this blogger is only asking for $5 as far as I can see. But it isn't usual at all
