How do you do the new FB banner?

OK, I'm trying to set up for the new Facebook pages layout, and I want to have a collage of photos at the top. The banner needs to be 851 x 315 (from what I've read) and none of my photos work. 315 is so narrow that it just cuts everything off and looks strange.

How do I make a collage of my photos? I'm in Picnik right now and cant figure it out.

Can anyone help?

You may have to create a blanc page layout in that size and then paste your images on them.

I'm not too sure what Picnik is & if this is a program that will work to create a collage, but I can look into it, or if you have an alternative program, I can definitely give you some free advice.
