How do some sellers get more than 13 tags?

I was looking at other shops' items that are similar to mine, trying to improve my tags, and I noticed that many items have 15 or 16 tags. I am only allowed 13. What am I missing???

The first 2 or 3 tags are the category tags. So I always have supplies tag even though I never use the word supplies.
