How do I turn Facebook followers into Customers?

I've only been at this just over a year, so I'm not sure what to expect and have no real idea of how I'm actually doing.

I've paid for a few Facebook ads recently, sought out plenty of likeminded pages, shared as much as I can and used the 'Hike Those Likes' page. I've managed to drum up over 2000 Likes (whoopee!) but am wondering, with (only?) 35 sales so far, 215 shop admirers and just over 100 items currently available, how is my percentage of sales to the people interested in my shop?

I'm no maths-head but I am curious to know if there's a common ratio....Basically, I'd like to sell more. What can I do?

I know a girl who sells on etsy and craft fairs and she does flash auctions on her facebook page. She usually sells the items too. What she does is takes a pic of the items and lists them in an album and then puts a price and says first person to comment gets the item. They are always at discounted prices, and then she will either mail the item to them for an additional price or they can pick it up.
