How do I refund payment???

Hi
I had a buyer complete a transaction last night for one bunting flag, she thought that it was for the full string. I have put the listing up on a flag by flag basis so buyers can contact me to request the exact length of bunting they require.
Anyway, when I saw the transaction i contacted her to ask if she really meant to buy one flag, she hadn't and I asked if she wanted a refund.
We both agreed to cancel the transaction.

My questions are:
A: Is the listing misleading
B: How do I refund so that I can cancel the transaction?

Go to PayPal and click on Details for that particular transaction. About halfway down the page, there's a button that says refund. It will lead you through it from that point - it's pretty easy.

I won't say misleading... However it does take quite some readings to get to the part - this listing for one bunting only. So maybe you want to open the descriptions with - one flag only.

And personally I don't like to read a block of big paragraph - lazy me :-). So when I don't read all, I miss the important point - one flag only. That must be what happened with that buyer. We don't read, do we!

Did you find the refund button on PayPal yet? Right on the page of the buyer's transaction with blue, click-able link. Then, you also need to cancel transaction on Etsy to get your closing fee back.
