Hi,

How do I edit the message to buyer that they receive once their order has shipped with the tracking info. I've been at this for a while and can't for the life of me remember

You can do this in Shop Settings under Shop Info and Appearances, sorry this may not be what you are looking for thought, I believe this goes to the buyer after the purchase. I am not sure about sending a message to the buyer when they receive tracking info.

I believe once you hit "Shipped" a box pops up where you edit the message to them.

The message I'm looking to edit is the automated one that gets sent to the buyer in an email with their tracking information.
