I have absolutely no idea how this happened, but a woman purchased a shirt from me that was sold out. She messaged me and told me it was a Christmas gift for her daughter and wanted a size medium, and since it's sold out I obviously don't have one (nor do I even know how she accessed the item, but whatever). I am in college and can't go home to make and ship another one until December 23rd. I messaged her and let her know the situation, and got no response, so I emailed her much later and again got no response so hours later I messaged her again letting her know I was canceling the transaction and she could purchase any other shirt from my store in a medium if she would like. I have canceled transactions for customers before, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it this time. I would like to cancel it before her money reaches my account.
