I don't have 700 sales, and I've never been on the front page, but I did notice a few things that could be improved, or at least thought about:
The first thing I noticed when I looked at your shop was how sparse and white it was, until I scrolled down and discovered that you sell beautiful, lush artwork!
Part of that is that your banner is kinda... blah... compared to what you sell, and part of it is that your featured listings are for sets, without showing any of your art.
The next thing I noticed is that your shop announcement could be doing more to get google views by dropping some keywords in the first paragraph, and to be honest, if I was a potential buyer, if the fist thing I read in your shop announcement was a customer review, I might be a little bit put off. Maybe put it a little lower down?
As far as being a featured seller or that sort of thing, I would suggest looking at what other featured shops selling similar items do for photography, as that is often the thing that sets those shops apart from the rest of us. How do they stage their shots? Are they up against a wall? Framed? Accompanied by props? Try experimenting with different ways of presenting your art. Your photos are good, but are they featured seller or Etsy finds good?
I hope you find this somewhat helpful, and I wish you even more success than you've already found!
