Hootlet Praise & Google+ Question

First, if you haven't tried Hootlet to schedule your social media post, DO IT. I just signed up for the free version yesterday, and I spent an hour yesterday and an hour today on social media scheduling post up until tomorrow afternoon on FB, Twitter, and Google+. I left some timing room to post new listings and instagram stuff on the whem. I personally think that it is awesome!

Second, for those that have a Google+ page, are there Insights or Stats for Pages that I can check like for FB and Twitter?? I would like to know how my page is doing but I have not been able to find anything that will let me do that.

Beginner question, but what exactly is a Google+ page? Is it like FB?

HootSuite is awesome, I use it all the time. I haven't used the Hootlet feature before, but I love the ability to schedule social media posts.

Google + is very much like FB, but hosted by Google. I believe (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) that using it helps your SEO on Google. I've recently set one up and am just getting used to it.

It does help with SEO. I have had one for a while but just really starting to use it.
I have noticed more traffic from Google Product Listings since I have been posting on a regular basis.

But again, I would really like to see the traffic my posts and page get but can't find anything that will tell me.
