Anyone else interested in repeating last year's Holiday Bootcamp?
Last season I just followed newsletters, and tried to keep up with tips -- and I'd like to do a better job of being prepared for holiday season 2011.
(August has been s. l. o. w. for me -- looking forward to seasonal spike in sales!)

Holiday Bootcamp had great suggestions about being prepared for the holiday season, including setting goals, timelines, and offering support for each other.

I had a boot camp buddy who failed on me the first week. I am not doing it this year, too much time wasted when sales are coming through during the holiday rush.

It almost feels like boot camp with all of the stuff we are doing.
My boot camp partner I dont think did much with me, but it was not a waste you do most of the work in your own shop on your own:)

Bootcamp yes, buddy no. I dont want to depend on someone else or have them depend on me. I am a work alone type person. :-)

I'm willing to give it a try, but also without a buddy. I am too new at this to work my own shop and someone else's. I'd like to get the hang of it first before someone has to depend on me for help.

I hear the no-buddy comments ... that's probably why I didn't officially sign on last year. I think a forum or thread would offer plenty of group support as sellers went through the various prep stages.
