Helping me restart

Hey, I've been neglecting my shop for quite awhile. I've learned to knit and I've learned to tat. How do I make myself better known as an Etsy seller? I've got business cards, brochures and coupons. I'm just looking for some ideas on how to make money for my shop. I've tried new photos and all that. I've got a small area that's whited out (white wall, white lights). Not sure how to get the results and begin a cash flow. I realize that I only have 3 items posted. I've got the pictures and I just need to upload them to Etsy.

I guess my real question is this:

How do I actually get my name out there so I can gain some cash flow?
Thanks everyone!

Re: Helping me restart

First of all you have to decide what you want to be. Your photo shows you at at a table with knitted items and here you mention learning to knit but all three of the items you are shop are from estate sales. I'm not sure many people would want their babies sleeping on someone's cast-off or worse yet the cast-offs of a person who is deceased.

You have had one sale and it resulted in a 1 star review from an unhappy customer. Most any seller is so excited about the first sale that they'll anything to make sure it comes out positive. You have to ask yourself why you didn't do everything to make that person happy. And if the bad review was a fait accompli, why didn't you at least answer it with some sort of ownership of the problem?

"If you're unhappy with anything, please let us know."
Don't play that game. There's nothing wrong with being a "me."

The three items you do have up all have difficult care instructions. Not a good fit for something that's going to be around a baby.

Zig Ziglar said "Every sale has five basic obstacles: no need, no money, no hurry, no desire, no trust."

I think that last one is most important. Build trust

"I can gain some cash flow?"

You have it totally backwards. The question you should be asking is "What do my potential customers need and how do I fill those needs?"

build trust
identify a need
fill the need
