I think that I have a lot of first time etsy shoppers purchase from me and when they write a note to say they are happy with their purchase I would like to kindly ask them to provide feedback. I would like to give them simple directions on how to give feedback - does anyone have a quick 1,2,3 on what they can do with the new feedback system? I am just not sure that it is the same for a person with a shop and a person who is only a buyer and I don't want to give out the wrong info. Thanks in advance for any help or guidance!
