First thing I'd suggest is to use more hash tags, the more you use the more exposure you'll get and more people will see your items!

Они отвечают через 2-3 дня и делают реиндексацию. У меня такая проблема уже была. Потому каждый день я в поиске проверяю.
Пара советов.
Потом добавьте тегов и фото не делайте на черном фоне. У вас милые симпатичные фигурки, но с черным фотом выглядят, как кладбище.

Hi,

I had similar issues, then i started pushing my products on twitter with the listing link. And started getting views. Later on I opened Pinterest and Instagram accounts and push my listings there as well. THough I have made only 3 sales, but the issue of views was addressed to some extent. Etsy on its own, alone hardly gets any views for any shop.

You need to work hard by online marketing on social media to get traffic to your shop.
