Help with wording

I want to state in my listings that I will only ship to the address listed with Etsy & will NOT ship to an address they leave with the personalization info during checkout. Christmas time last year was a chaotic nightmare having to go in & edit 99% of the addresses to print shipping. I want it to be short sweet & to the point- I want it to be firm but not rude. Any wording help would be AWESOME!

"Please note that the only address I'll ship to is the one you have listed on Etsy. You can change this prior to your purchase by going to Your Account > Settings > Shipping Addresses."

This has worked well for me. I'm not sure if it's as short and sweet as you're looking for, but good luck! :)

I like that Zoe! I'm not a writer, so I'm always worried that my shop policies are mean sounding, lol.
