How do you handle a buyer that uses the threat of negative feedback to get more free stuff? Did not happen to me but some how randomly this person bought from two different shops, that I'm friends with,so I know all about the persons scam of negative feedback. Is there a way I can just block this person from ever buying anything from me? People like that target the small shops with little sales. Then if they do leave negative feedback it really hurts the shop.
