Help with coupon code for customer

I am presently having a 15% off sale in my shop and I have a customer who wants to purchase an item and receive the discount. I have filled out the necessary information in my shop under PROMOTE and then into Coupon Codes and I have had an email from the customer to sak where she can add the code during the checkout process. I can't obviously buy my own item to see where to do this and wondered if one of you "switched on" etsians may be able to give me the answer please. Thank you and much appreciated.

When she adds the item to her cart, she'll be directed straight to the cart. On the right beneath the drop-down menu where you select your shipping country, and beneath the paypal/credit card icons, there's a link that says "apply shop coupon code". If she clicks this, she can input the code and it will automatically give her the discount.
