Help with consignment

Hi there

I have arranged to have some of my prints sold on a consignment basis at a gift shop locally, and I need to get together a consignment form/agreement form for the seller to sign.

Does any one know of any good templates I could base these on?

Try googling "consignment contracts" or something similar to get some examples. But, the shop owner should have a contract already and then fill it in for you and your stuff. To me it's a sign of a professional shop when they provide the contract - I shouldn't have to provide that. Good luck!

A shop that has YOUR items for sale on consignment should provide that all for you. I would be a tad wary of a shop that doesn't already have that in place. Are they experienced in working with consignment or did you approach them to put your prints there?

Just have them jot down what they took on one of their receipts with the terms, amount of items, and pricing.
Nothing fancy needed....
