Also, if you are planning to sell to people in the US, you might want to include measurements in pounds or ounces for weight and inches for size. Most people from the US don't use cm and grams. You can google the conversions easily. It's annoying, I know! I was living in South America this past year and am so annoyed we (USA) don't use the metric system-- I had to learn it to understand things!!

length in centimeters or inches?

Length in inches. So for example, if I google "6 centimeters to inches" it tells me 6 cenimeters is 2.36 inches. :)

It looks like this figurine is folding his arms. I love a good "pun" so this kind of stuff appeals to me. The term "Gotta know when to fold 'em" is a lyric from a 70s song and a frequent reference when gambling.
