A customer purchased the easter bunny hat 5 days ago. It is a made to order hat. But she didn't choose the size or color.

https://www.etsy.com/listing/118979991/newbornbaby-bunny-hat-with-floppy-ears When I look on my invoice it says that the buyer wasn't able to see variations(sizes and colors), because she bought it using mobile device or app.
I sent her convos, direct emails, didn't hear from her.
So now I don't know what to do.
What should I do in situations like this? Any advice, please!
