A customer made a purchase during a sale I'm having, but she forgot to use the coupon code and needs the 15% off. How do I refund just 15%...can I do that? It was a direct checkout purchase.
Hi Anna. I think you can just calculate the 15% yourself, and then refund just that much. I had to refund a partial order last week, and that is how I did it. Etsy will then refund the appropriate fees to you.
