Help please!!

What do you do when a customer purchases 2 things from your shop but only leaves 1 feedback? Do I ask them to go back and leave another? Thanks for you help!!

I wouldn't ask them.
I'd be happy they left 1 feedback...seems a lot don't leave feedback at all.

I'd be grateful that I received feedback. Just leaving one means they were doing it for the transaction as a whole, so don't stress about it :)

They probably didn't realize they could leave feedback for both items and thought they were leaving feedback for the entire order. However, I don't think you should ask them to leave feedback for the other item, because it seems pushy. Like Doreen said, so many customers don't leave any feedback, so you should be happy they left the one.

yeah. i'm happy if someone leaves one. i for a long time got feedback from sellers when i made a purchase but a lot of my orders at first came from non etsy shop owners and i think they didn't come back once they got their orders to leave feedback. Im guessing that's common.

Don't worry about it, that happened to me recently. I ended up leaving her great feedback for both items & I later got positive feedback for the other one.

I was filling out feedback for multiple items at once not so long ago, but not using the batch tool. When I hit submit, it only took the feedback for the item I clicked submit on and erased my comments and selections on the others. That could have happened to them, and they just didn't notice or somesuch.
