Hi everyone. I would like to have an offer in my shop. When somebody buys 2 products it will get free shipping. Does anyone know how can I assure that coupon code will apply to orders of two products? Your help and ideas will be really helful!
hi, when you set you shipping rate, the price for additional item should be set to $0.00. so, the item with the higher shipping rate will be charged the regular shipping rate and the other item(s) will be charged the additional rate. make sense?
What Jenni said is really the only way to do it. There are no coupon codes that work like that - the same goes for "first order only" - people can use a code time and time again if it's still valid. And there's no specific amount you can have off in coupons either - free shipping or percentage, that's it.
The only way to give completely free shipping with Etsy is to remove shipping fees entirely. Which means someone can buy one thing and get free shipping. The only other way to do it is put free shipping for additional items, then refund the initial shipping cost after the transaction has been completed. There's no other way to do it without risking other people buying one thing and getting free shipping.
Jenny and Kim thank you so much for your help. I will probably give free shipping for additional items and refund the initial shipping cost after the transaction.
