Hello Susan,
I suggest joining some teams to gather a following. Here are a few which I regularly use:
"Daily Etsy Sales"
"Promotion Locamotion"
They are very much worthwhile. Just be sure to regularly promote your items and do what everyone else is doing there.
Photography
I think your photography is a little blurry. You really want to stick out on the searches, so try rephotographing on white backgrounds with plenty of outside light. When doing white backgrounds, I always sit in front of a window with the light coming in. (a cloudy day is best)
Also, try photographing them on outdoor wooden picnic benches. I photograph my bracelets on a stump in our back yard!
Do an Etsy search and see how other people who sell similar items to you are doing it. (Titles, descriptions, photos, prices, etc.)
Also, try to make your descriptions more streamlined. Customers don't want to trudge through too much info. Make it easy to read. Here is a short example:
A short paragraph to tell the customer what you sell, and a few pointers about the features.

~ Handmade in USA
~ Gift wrapped
A little blurb about how you love to work with your customers.
Your titles need to be longer and more full of keywords. (just have a look at similar shops)
