I need your help. First of all I need to ask if anyone else in here has noticed a decrees in their sales over the past 2-3 months? I've been running my shop for just over three years now and have had a pretty steady monthly income. February and March are normally hard months after Christmas but after that my sales normally pop back to what they were before.
This year, this has not happened. My sales are still going down...
I still get the same amount of traffic to my shop and I am trying hard to figure out where I could have gone wrong. I can't seem to find a reason though.
I sell in Brittish Pounds and I know that the American dollar has gone down allot over the past few years. This would mean that in USD my prices would have gone up quite a bit. I have noticed that my American customers are less these days. Do you think this could be the reason as to why my sales keep dropping?
Please share your thoughts as I am in the dark here... I really need your help!
