Have received ONE view today and ONE favorite

I generally receive around 100 views (some days less). I have added 5 new items int he last couple of days, which normally generate some views. What is going on? This is the fewest views, and favorites since starting my shop the end of September.

Any insight?

From the teams I am on I keep seeing titles like "crickets" and "dead" it seems to be a common trend right now... I am guessing/hopeful it is the calm before the storm... based on my knowledge of the retail world there are times of plenty and times of quite... I'm guessing come Friday the busy will come.

Today typically is one of the busiest travel days of the year. It's why I'm thinking its so dead. If you only had one view, I'd worry if your shop isn't tagged, titled, and SEO correctly. I would spend more time working on that. Because if you aren't being found when its slow, you won't be found when its "busy"

Yeah yesterday I only had like 80 views and only 20 before 11am which is highly abnormal. I am hoping it's just because of people traveling and I'm not too worried because I don't really expect many views or sales until Thursday night and Friday. (Hopefully)

I am hopeful I am "tagged" correctly since I have done my homework in that area. Amanda, I have received some advice from you previously that I have found somewhat helpful. I think that like myself, I have been tweeky and adding to my inventory as many Etsy sellers have been. A lot of my views are from Etsy SELLERS. I am hoping in the next couple of days I will be viewed by Etsy BUYERS ( I am one, BTW).

It took me a good month to really see the results of tweaking tags. It doesn't happen overnight.

If you don't want sellers to look at your views Dont post in the forums or in teams. Unfortunately, you are going to have gangs of etsy sellers look at your shop when you post in the forums, or teams, and etc. people are curious to see what you are offering. Or see why you are a sinking ship or even a success.
