First..Your banner is very pretty but I don't see the connection with your handmade jewelry. Can you incorporate your jewelry into the lovely banner?

Also, Jugosa.Etsy does not stand out on the banner. It is hard to see because of the darkness of the font.

Read about titles and how they help buyers find your items. The first three words in your title are important for search...

I'd like to see a Little more about you in your profile's about section. I like when I know a little more about the people I'm buying from.

Try having consistent photos for your items. Some of them seem out of place. Maybe get a style down and make sure everything follows it.
