Qunika,
Your shop does give the impression that it's mass manufactured because there are no personal touches, as they said above. Many makers who are handmaking their items have been hurt and are angry by those shops that have been allowed to open, but are selling products that are not truly handmade. If you are not a factory, then you should definitely add a human touch to the store.
There may be a couple of factiors at play in your drop in sales:
1. You may be getting undercut by a mass producer. Shop for a man's wallet, like your customers would and see what other's show up. Or someone else may have seen your success, decided to price theirs just a little lower.
2. Taxes, such as the VAD in Europe, may have changed, or shipping policies and pricing may have changed. Look at where most of your orders were shipping to, and investigate what taxes and shipping changes have occured since your drop in sales. there have been a few discussion threads here about European customers being shocked at something like a 50% tax added.
Maybe this will give you some idea of what is happening and help, you decide what to do next.
