HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi everyone i need a little help..I added a coupon code to my shop that offers free shipping for everyone in the U.S. and i had an order yesterday and the lady ordered 4 items and it still charged her shipping...Do i refund the shipping charges back to her paypal and if i do, do that then how do i know if they used the coupon code???

If they use the coupon code, it will automatically give them free shipping. If she tells you she was expecting free shipping, politely explain how the codes work on Etsy - so she knows in the future - and then let her know you'd be happy to refund her shippin on PayPal, and then do so.

If she doesn't know about the code and doesn't say anything, I wouldn't worry about it.
