HELP! Can't attach photos

HELP! I have a customer who requested a photo of color options, but I can't get etsy messages to attach the photo. It won't even bring up the box to try to attach it. Any ideas?

do you have a gmail or business email address that you could use instead?

Hmmm, I have done it for custom orders... Worked fine.
Is this your first time doing it? Has it worked in the past?

I attach photos frequently, and have never had an issue. It is just being difficult today. But I guess I can just send it from my business email that may be easier.

Perhaps it is a glitch. Sign out and re-enter your shop. Perhaps that will work?
Has your Java setting been changed?

You're welcome! Many times other shop owners are having the same issues! Also admin is available frequently there!
