I seem to be not successful on etsy. Is there another way to get sales.

You have beautiful work. Etsy isn't for everyone. Find other venues that may be better for your target market. I have a bath & body shop here and sell a few things, but I sell tons offline in markets, friends & family, home parties, etc.
