Google WEBMASTER tools for Etsy?!

I just found some (for me) new google stuff. Webmaster tools and would like to use it.
They are asking me to verify be HTML verification file, or meta tag or DNS.

Honestly, I have NO CLUE what that means, but hey! I managed to get my Google Analytics going, so I think I would manage this too. Question is: is a) it even possible to integrate in my Etsy shop and b) if so, anyone out there who does it and can share some experience???

Webmaster would imply that *you* run the site, writing the code, etc.

No, it's not possible. You can't modify the HTML code of your page to add a meta tag, and you don't have FTP access to add an html file to the site, and you certainly don't own the domain name to change the DNS.

Unfortunately there is no way to add Etsy to your owned places on Google Webmaster Tools.
