Google Analytics question - where are the views coming from?

I've been using GA for a while, but I still don't understand the traffic part. For example, my stats tells me that many of my views are coming from craftgawker.com, but I've searched my items there and I didn't found them.

If someone visits craftgawker.com then comes to etsy and at some point visits your shop, GA will show that views are coming from craftgawker because it was the last non-etsy website they were on.

I believe that the traffic sources tell you where your viewer initially came from, but it's not necessarily direct. For example, if some other etsy shop was linked to on craftgawker.com, and someone clicked on that link, and then eventually found their way to your shop, it would show up as craftgawker.com being your traffic source. But you don't have to be directly linked from there.

I think it means that they clicked on a link from craftgawker that brought them to etsy, but not directly to your shop. They eventually got there, but there were other etsy stops between the 2 destinations. I have traffic from craftcult, which I don't advertise on either, and i think this is why.
