Getting Convos about items then nothing....

On more than one occasion, I've had people convo me about an item and customization. I usually reply within a few hours, answering all of their questions. At the end of the message, I'll add something like, "If you would like to purchase the customized item, I will create a custom listing for you" blah blah blah. Yet, I'll never hear from the person again. Does this happen to anyone else?

This happens to me too, some just never answer back after inquiring about customization (I guess some people don't realize the price might be higher, if they want made to measure or different fabric), but only a couple went as far as asking for custom listing and then not purchase it. I just took them down after a couple weeks, so I can use them for someone else. It suck, but I never start the items before I get the money, so I didn't really lose anything.

I just wish more customers would put closure on their inquiries after asking questions that require remeasuring, checking on postage, or some other task. After the questions are answered....nothing. Hey out there - be polite and at least say "no thanks", "don't want it", or even, "it sucks". It's a pet peeve!

Some folks who convo don't respond back, but others do. Just part of biz.
