Front page of Etsy

Hi Guys, I was posted on the front page of etsy last night, and I was thrilled to see the results. I was curious if anyone had any other pointers to getting some really good exposure? I tried ads... spent all my profit to no avail... Tried blogs, facebook, twitter.

Any tips?

Congrats on the front page exposure! You have some wonderful items! Checked out your descriptions-super important for SEO! Here is a 22 minute video that may help you finesse the information you have in your descriptions to bring you more views and ultimately more sales! Again congrats!

Wish I had something to add I would do anything for that front page! How do you think you landed it? GOod treasury group?

OH PS I also spent way to much on blog ads and they amounted to nothing!

Flirty, I am actually not at all sure... I was at work yesterday and all the sudden I get back to back circle adds and I am just dumbfounded. Look around, no treasury, nothing... then I go to etsy.com and there I am. I was only on for 1 hour and got over 2200 views, and 30 shop hearts, 80 item hearts. No sales but man was that exciting!!

Thanks! I felt that way. It was especially nice as this week of work has been so stressful. It gave me a little vacation =)

Well, congrats for FP,but all I can say it is not so magic, as some one new -on-Etsy may think.Sometimes it seams realy worthless.For example-this monyh I have 2 times FP, fantastic trafic(more than 5000 clicks in my shop),but my sales are lowest all time I am on Etsy. So keep working on.

I got tons of views from Stumbleuopn, especially when there was a Stumbleupon button next to each listing. But it was removed. I would try Stumble, though.
