Morning!
I just had a nosey about and your shop is lovely! Great photos!! There wasn't anything that would stop me buying but just a few things I could point out.
I'm not sure why you want to market your clutches to the bridal market but they really could be used by anyone, anytime! I think they're gorgeous but you might be limiting the amount of traffic and interest you get in them because they're labelled up as 'bridal clutch' etc. I know that doesn't stop non-brides from buying but all the description, title etc is geared towards weddings and I think it might put some people off. Not to mention that you're not optimising titles and tags for search terms like 'floral clutch' that people are bound to be searching for!
I pulled this from your policies >>>
'If you feel that your item has become lost, contact me and I'll try my best to track it down'
It just made me chuckle because it sounds like you'll come and hunt around my bedroom if I lose my key fob amongst the clutter :o) You might want to add 'in the mail' somewhere in there. Maybe it's just me though!
I also pulled this >>>
'I strive to make every item as perfect as handmade allows. However, if you find a fault with an item you receive that makes the item not as described, please contact me. I will refund in this case once the item is received by me.'
There's nothing wrong with what you're saying but, for me, I think it could be said in a more positive light. As a buyer I probably haven't thought that my item might arrive faulty or not perfect. I've just seen all the lovely photos in your shop after all, and they all look perfect to me! The wording above is almost suggesting to me that my item might not be perfect and as-described when it gets to me, and that's planted a seed of doubt in my mind. I'd probably be more inclined to write something along the lines of....
'You can expect your order to arrive in perfect condition. If, for any reason, this is not the case, please do contact me for a full refund or exchange.'
This doesn't implicate yourself in the less-than-perfect condition of the item (it could be an issue with the mail) but it covers you for it at the same time! It also offers the buyer the option of an exchange which would mean you don't lose the sale altogether.
Phew, think I've waffled on enough there. I hope that's useful to you - I mean everything I've said in a constructive manner, I hope it doesn't sound negative. Your shop really is gorgeous!! If you can get your stock levels up I think you'll do really well. Good luck!
