Does anyone know how to remove the offer of free shipping option? I normally offer free shipping on most of my items but on small Christmas items I have holiday shipping. Reason being I sell earring for a low rate to beginning with. If I offer free shipping for those items I barely make anything from the sale as much as Etsy tells you to enter you own shipping profile and it will bypass the free shipping. So Etsy created a coupon code of their own so when I make a sale their coupon code bypass mine and everyone gets free shipping. I have written to them 2 X 's about it and have gotten no response. Any suggestions?
