I'm trying to set the shipping cost at zero for a custom listing, but I keep getting a message that says I have to enter a shipping cost. I'm entering $0.00 What am I doing wrong? Are we no longer allowed to have free shipping???
Using the new Shop Manager, Add a Listing, go to the bottom of the shipping section. There is a box you can click for free domestic or international shipping.
Okay, I found it, thank you! I couldn't find it before because for some reason it only shows up when you choose "calculate shipping costs for me" and I was choosing to set the cost manually.
