Who is allowed to post items for sale in Forums Promos? Do you have to be a team member of a specific topic to post something? How do you know if it's the right place to post a listing?
The promo forums all the Wild West, post anything and everything everywhere. I don't think it matters if you did post something in the wrong place because nobody pays a whole lot of attention, they're there to post and run.
