First page views-why more on one computer than another?

My shop is two long pages at work and 5 at my home computer. I know this is an experiment but why does it show up differently from one device to another?

Etsy is probably choosing not only which shops to use for testing but also which devices and which Internet Browsers.

I see two pages on my laptop and four on my desktop computer. They both use Chrome but have different operating systems. The desktop is Vista and the laptop is Windows 7.

Aaah. My desktop is windows 7, and work computer is xp.

Mine changes often, and on the same computer! One day I have 5 pages of items, the next I have 12 pages.

Personally, I like when the home page features 80 items.

I'd be thrilled if Etsy would send emails to all the shops when a change is made final and permanent so that I don't waste time rearranging my home page!

I agree with all of the post above! I noticed this change about 3 weeks ago and after talking to someone about, they hadn't noticed the change. I thought it was something I'd done to my computer settings. Either way, I don't mind the changes, but it would be helpful if Etsy notifies us all!

Pleeeease change it to the longer view! I am getting a lot more hits with the new look.

I like the longer view, but when it's long view on my PC and short on my Kindle there is no way to optimise the layout of my Shop for both. Being a bit OCD this really bothers me. I just wish they would choose one already.
