First Sale and PayPal

Well, team... I made my first sale today !! I saw the notification in the car (parked, of course), and then couldn't stop smiling on my way home ! It was a great feeling !!

However, I have a real question regarding PayPal.

I'm having trouble logging in. Yes, I know my e-mail address and my password, but whenever I log in, it goes to an "Internal Server Error" message, and the only way around it is to choose the "forgot password" option, and change my password. I sent an e-mail to their webmaster e-mail, but of course their auto-response tells me to log in to resolve the issue. And even then, their "solutions" are not of any help to my situation.

Has anyone else ever experienced this ? How did you fix it ? I was wondering if it has to do with my settings, but I have no idea what I'd need to change or what would even cause this !

Try a different web browser, and if you're using Internet Explorer, vow to never use it again :)

I haven't experienced this, but I had a lot of problems with shipping labels today. Maybe it's a bad day for PayPal? I've contacted PayPal by phone a few times. If you go to help and type in your problem, you will get a menu of possible solutions, but then you will also find a phone number to call. I find it easier to do that way.

They also changed their website a while back- are you going to a bookmark for the old site and maybe running into problems because of that?

And I agree about Internet Explorer. I use Firefox and I think a lot of people here use Chrome.

Jessica - I use firefox. I can't remember the last time I used IE, lol. With my luck, though, I'll use IE and it'll all work like magic ! :P

Berry - Hmm, maybe they're just very busy. PayPal overload ? I was able to log in from one of their links to "upgrade" (it asked me to sign in), but not from the homepage (paypal.com) ... Hmm.

Had some issues with paypal yesterday but seems to be working today.
You might want to call them. I did and they were very helpful.
And congratulations! It is a wonderful feeling and quite addictive if I can say so myself!
