Congrats on all the sales for being so new!
I would be careful of reaching out to customers just for reviews after the sale is complete, and especially offering them a coupon code if they do leave one. Some people might see the initial follow up as spam, and than black mail if you give them a coupon. I'm not sure if offering something in return for a review might be against etsy rules or not, so just be careful. :)
If you do want to offer coupon codes for returning customers, there is a way to set up a "thank you" coupon that gets sent automatically when something is purchased. Also, in my notes to the customer when something is bought, and another when it is shipped, I have a quick blurb gently reminding them to come back to leave a review. But that is also among other info (to find us on social media, how long packages take to ship, thanking them for their order, etc).
