Feeling Valued

Today I received the first ever Email from a customer to say how much he liked his item; usually I don't hear back from my customers other than the occasional feedback. Turns out it was from a guy and he'd bought the item for his girlfriend and he sent a whole email just to say that it means a lot to them and how much he liked the personalised item!
It just makes me feel really happy to know that he would spend time on thanking me like this, and as a seller it makes me feel valued and opens up another perspective into seeing how my items are used.

Just thought I'd share, as some of you might have had messages like this before, and like me, I'm sure they made you smile.

I know just what you mean Amanda! When I receive a personal, appreciated email or Feedback I think I glow all day long! It takes so little to mean so much!

Wow, I bet that did make you feel great! That was very nice of him. Once a customer sent me a message via Etsy telling me how much she loved her product and the free gift I included. It made me feel like I had done the job right :)

Re: Feeling Valued

I love when people are happy with my photography and tell me so. It's so very nice to be told you've done a good job, and that's what messages like that essentially tell you.

Congrats on a happy customer!
